Welcome to the Online Help of Advanced Document Texts
Advanced Document Texts are text modules that can be added to different master data. The document texts can be created depending on language, date and document usage. In addition, it can be specified for each text whether it should be loaded manually or automatically in the respective sales, purchasing or service process. General document texts, customer or vendor texts, resource, item, fixed asset or G/L account texts can be created and assigned. The position of the texts can be defined by the Text Position field when creating the text. Text position can get set to Leading or Trailing. Leading texts are printed on the documents before the first position and trailing texts are printed below the last position.
