Formatted texts

Formatted texts can be created for documents, document lines and as article, resource and general ledger text modules.

As in the document templates, it is also possible to create formatted text modules for articles, resources, and items, equivalent to the article text modules in the NAV standard.

Put the check mark "Automat. Text module ", the correct deposited text module is determined by language code, start and end date when using the article in a document and automatically added to the document line.

Document texts and texts

For documents, pre and post texts can be defined. For example, while there is only one pre-text for an offer, you can create sub-texts for three types of documents in the order:

The pre-text for the job describes the text associated with the job. The Vortexte for delivery and invoice are attached to the booked delivery or the booked invoice when posting. Pre and post texts can no longer be edited for posted documents.

Voucher lines

In line items, you can add, remove or edit HTML texts via "Line / Functions / HTML Text Module".

There is also a fact box available, which allows the display of the attached text per line. Via "Edit" the line text can be edited in the editor.

Insert

Do you have the hook at "Automat. Text block "is not set, you can insert the block manually.

To edit

You can edit the attached text in the editor. If there is no text yet, a new, empty text will be created.

Remove

Removes the HTML text from the line.
